The Grimme CS150 Destoner is designed to separate stones and clods from potatoes and other crops grown in stony or cloddy soils. The RotaPower shaft breaks up compacted soil and accelerates the material, increasing the amount of soil passing through the sieving system while reducing wear on the following components.
The parallel star adjustment provides straightforward setting of the separation system, allowing the machine to be adjusted according to different soil and crop conditions. The hydraulically lifted clod mat helps manage clods within the separation process, while the automatic depth control maintains the working position through the field.
The CS150 can be configured with different combinations of stars and main webs to suit individual applications. The Combi-Star XL configuration provides up to 15% higher sieving performance through its extended second main web, while the stone box directs larger stones and other heavy admixtures towards the field edge.
