MAKING A RETURN

Thank you for choosing to order with L Evans & Son, we hope that you are happy with your order and customer service. However, we understand that you may need to cancel or return an item.

You can return an item/multiple items to us up to 14 days after delivery is made. This can either be for a refund or exchange for a different size in clothing. 

• The item(s) must be unused and in its’ original packaging with all labels and tags still intact. 
• The item(s) must show no sign of wear or damage.

If your items qualify with the above or you have passed 14 days after delivery was made, you will not be eligible for a refund.

• Before returning your item(s), please contact us so that we are aware of your return. You can do this by contacting enquiries@len-evans.com
• Your refund will be in your account in 5 working days. Please check your account as the refund will show under L EVANS AND SON LTD
• If you have not received your refund within 5 working days, please contact enquiries@len-evans.com
• Please ensure your item(s) are properly packaged
